Media Hits: Farm to Table Peterborough Downtown Culinary Tours
Awhile back, under my Farm to Table culinary consulting guise, I started a weekly Peterborough Downtown Culinary Tour. Each Wednesday, I lead up to a dozen patrons on a foot tour of downtown, showcasing restaurants, bakeries, breweries, and independent retail stores. There is an emphasis on local, seasonal, and artisan foods.
The tour has taken off. Not only have businesses, patrons, and local economic development leaders embraced it, but so has the local media.
