PHILANTHROPY
Sharing
Success
When
Mindy Willett ’88 was struggling during a Trent University course, an astute professor picked up on the fact it was only due to a lack of experience in writing scientific papers. Thanks to
the extra supports he provided, Mindy gained newfound confidence and went on to a successful teaching career herself. As a way to say thanks to her alma mater – which her daughter Rae now attends – Mindy has dedicated a seat in Stohn Hall. Learn more about
this alum who has also served as president of the Yellowknife alumni chapter.
